Every time a new website follows my blog I take the time to view their website. Today, I’m thankful that I did. If you’ve been following me for any length of time you know that I work with many people who struggle with mental health challenges. So, when I found BeautyBeyondBones I couldn’t have been happier. This is an amazing resource for anyone suffering from eating disorders and mental health as a whole.
As the author explains, “This blog chronicles my journey from severe anorexia to recovery, and every twist and turn along the way.” At nearly 47,000 followers I am a little behind in finding this site, but frankly, it is never too late.
I encourage you to follow BeautyBeyondBones, as she suggests read the blog from the beginning to the most recent, take a look at her swag, and if you can contribute to BeautyBeyondBones Patreon it will keep an important message on Eating Disorders growing.
Below is a link a recent post “Body Image in Quarantine Times.” I’d love to hear your thoughts.

If I hear one more mention of the “Quarantine 15,” I’m gonna lose it. How to stay mentally healthy when you haven’t seen a hair dresser or the outside world in 4 months! #edrecovery
